Can I change my order?

We would love to help you out and as long as you contact one of our incredible staff within 24hours of submitting the order we will do our best! If the order has already been prepared for dispatch unfortunately we are not able to change the order. If the item has been dispatched, please check out our Returns & Exchange Policy. If the total value of the order is changed prior to shipping, a refund will be released as soon as the change is processed to the nominated payment method. If the original purchase incurred FREE shipping, any change to the order that alters the total may remove the royalties provided and incur a flat rate shipping fee. If the change of order is related to postage address details, please ensure you contact our facility with your urgent enquiring as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if the order has been shipped prior to the notification our busy bees are all out of options.
